Where alignment meets performance.

Investment Overview

MAXF1 is a $250M Cayman master fund with a Delaware feeder, investing globally at Seed–Series A across AI, HealthTech, FinTech, and carbon-neutral technologies (with selective exposure to other emerging tech). We back high-growth, founder-led companies where our sourcing edge and hands-on support can compound value.

Thesis pillars. Proprietary deal flow via our platform network; data-driven underwriting; active portfolio support; and diversification across North America, Europe, MENA, and Asia.

Portfolio construction. 20–30 core positions; initial checks of $3–15M with follow-on reserves; target ownership 10–25%. Sector guideposts: AI 35%, HealthTech 25%, FinTech 20%, Carbon-Neutral 10%, Other 10%. Mix ~75% early / 25% growth.

Return targets & terms. Target net IRR of 20–25% over the fund life; 8% preferred return; 20% carry; 2% management fee stepping down to 1.25% after the investment period.

Risk framework. Rigorous, tech-enabled diligence; staged deployment and rightsized positions; pro-rata follow-ons; diversification by sector, stage, and geography; and disciplined governance and compliance throughout the investment cycle.
